Meet the founder, Eva
Eva founded Aster Advisors with a clear purpose: to offer a small number of exceptional founders and investors exactly what she spent 20 years developing - the strategic clarity, commercial infrastructure, and hands-on partnership to turn their biggest ideas into market reality.
Over 20 years, she has operated at both ends of the capital table. She spent a decade in institutional finance at JPMorgan, Atticus Capital, Och-Ziff Capital Management, and CQS, focusing on investor relations, fundraising, and global marketing for some of the world's most demanding alternative investment firms.
Her passion for travel, flight, and the future of how people move through the world led her to step out of finance and into senior operating roles, building commercial engines from the ground up across advanced mobility, aviation, and luxury travel.
As VP of Global Business Development at Aero, the first luxury semi-private air travel company, she was part of the launch team scaling revenue to $30M across 18 routes, developed 70+ global distribution and brand partnerships with names including Nobu, Six Senses, and Soho House, and sourced the capital partners that anchored a $50M Series B. At Elysian Aircraft, she built the brand from inception and spearheaded the company's debut at the Paris Airshow. At Navier, she partnered with the leadership team on brand strategy and the global go-to-market roadmap across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Eva holds degrees in Psychology, Cinema & Media Studies, and Economics (Cum Laude) from Wellesley College and the University of Oxford, and is a certified coach accredited by the ICF, ECC, and AC.
When not advising clients, she makes art, explores the world with her maltipoo Rocco, and writes for Travelle, her curated platform for luxury travel and meaningful exploration.
