Meet the founder, Eva
Eva is a strategic growth catalyst with a deep passion for helping individuals and businesses move forward with clarity, purpose, and integrity. For the past 10 years, she has served as a trusted advisor, coach, and collaborator to family offices, venture funds, startups, and scale-ups around the world.
Drawing on two decades of experience across marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and fundraising, Eva brings a thoughtful, multifaceted approach to every engagement. She combines sharp strategic insight with an intuitive understanding of people and context, guiding clients through growth journeys that unlock potential at both the company and personal level. Her work is grounded in strong relationships, tailored strategy, and a deep respect for each client’s unique vision.
Before founding her consultancy, Eva held senior roles in financial services at CQS, Och-Ziff Capital Management, Atticus Capital, and JPMorgan Asset and Wealth Management. There, she led initiatives across investor relations, product development, and marketing.
Eva holds a BA in Psychology, Cinema and Media Studies, and Economics (Cum Laude) from Wellesley College and the University of Oxford. She is also a certified coach, trained at the Optimus Coach Academy and accredited by the ICF, ECC, and AC.
In her free time, she tends to her passion project, Travelle, she practices interdisciplinary art, and plays with her Maltipoo, Rocco.
